These terms govern your use of the SnapFindIt app and website. By using SnapFindIt, you agree to them. SnapFindIt is a sole trader business based in Australia.

What SnapFindIt is

SnapFindIt is a free visual product-search tool. You search using a photo or text, and we show you matching listings from third-party marketplaces, including eBay, AliExpress and Amazon. SnapFindIt doesn't sell anything itself — every purchase happens on the marketplace's own site, under that marketplace's own terms.

No accounts required

SnapFindIt doesn't require you to create an account or log in. Your recent searches and saved items are stored only in your own browser, on your own device — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Listings, pricing and availability

Search results come from third-party marketplaces. We don't control, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of listings, prices, stock availability, shipping times, or seller reliability — that information comes directly from eBay, AliExpress and Amazon and can change at any time. Always check the details on the marketplace's own page before buying.

How we make money

SnapFindIt earns a commission when you buy through a link in the app, at no extra cost to you. See How SnapFindIt makes money for the full explanation. Search results aren't reordered or filtered based on commission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse SnapFindIt — for example, by attempting to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

No warranty

SnapFindIt is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that search results will be accurate or complete — photo-based matching is automated and can get things wrong.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SnapFindIt isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app or from any purchase made on a third-party marketplace. Any dispute about a purchase — price, quality, delivery, refunds — is between you and the marketplace or seller, not SnapFindIt.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
